The Hummingbird Nest

I found a hummingbird nest on the ground after a day of high winds. It was intact and asking not to be left there.

After placing two foam eggs in it, I saw a young owl… So arranged wood pieces to give a frame to the nest, used a few partridge feathers, and a young owl came to life!

Yes, it is lying on its back in an anthropomorphic posture, but it looks just fine on my window sill at sunrise!
