Roadrunner: A Trans-species Bird

This piece of wood had the texture and curvature but at first sight, no suggestion as to what it can become. After looking at it for a while in my studio, I decided that if I give it legs, it would be a roadrunner.

Well, the legs ended up being rabbit legs, its tail a hare tail, and its beak a strip of red leather. Still, I think it is a trans-species bird with a positive attitude!
